Advisory Board
Susan Kanoff has devoted over 35 years to a career in education, serving as both
an Assistant Principal and a college professor in New York City and New Jersey.
After relocating to Florida, she became actively involved in the fight against
human trafficking through her involvement with the Human Trafficking Coalition
of the Palm Beaches, where she served as Vice President and Chair of Education
on the Board. Susan has co-presented with the Palm Beach County Human
Trafficking Task Force and the FBI, delivering human trafficking awareness
presentations at schools, hotels, airports, medical facilities, and community
organizations. She has also contributed to the HOPE Campaign’s outreach efforts,
supporting the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office in locating missing and
exploited children in West Palm Beach and Boca Raton. Additionally, Susan has
served as a speaker for the Anti-Sex Trafficking Speaker’s Bureau of the National
Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) and has served on the Advisory Board for the
Safety4Life Foundation to advance human trafficking education in the schools.
She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Human Trafficking Coalition
and works as a consultant for Palm Beach Dramaworks’ educational
performance Live to Tell—a powerful play centered on teen human trafficking
prevention and internet safety.
